Return Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

Please understand that we are a small, local business.  We try to continually bring newness into our store daily.  Our clients prefer that we bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of the same product. Because of this, our product turnover is about 7-14 days. 

Items are available for return within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.  Unfortunately, after the 7 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or a refund of any kind. Final Sale items include the following: 

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Jewelry 
  • Items marked down by 30% or more 
  • Gift Cards

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us by email at hello@curatedbyam.com within three (3) days of arrival of the item(s), and you must include photos of the damaged or defective items. Our top priority is happy customers. We will proceed with rectifying this situation, if it arises, as we see fit, on a case-by-case basis. 

Curated by Ashlee Marie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

Refused or undeliverable items are subject to return shipping costs and vary by carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with redelivery of the items. 

At this time we do not offer order cancellations.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Curated by Ashlee Marie reserves the right to refuse returns and ship items back to you if you fail to meet the requirements of this Return Policy. In this instance, you will be charged an additional shipping fees.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us immediately at email.com as we are happy to help! 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or price adjustments.
